This is a very dark layout. This is the result of many hours just fooling around with many different brushes. I wanted to give the effect of a girl looking out through a window. Although this is a very dark and bleak layout, you can make out a faded rainbow in the center... thus the name Perpetual Hope. This time I didn't include a button.

Here are the steps that need to be followed in order to install this layout onto your website. If you have any further questions or concers, email Nika at Neoqueenfifilala@gmail.com. ^^
- Download the zipped layout file and then use an extraction program, such as WinZip, to unzip it.
- Next, upload everything from the unzipped file onto your site.
- Open index.html and then edit it to your liking by filling in the Navigation area and the Content area.
- Copy and paste the coding for index.html into the other pages of your website, and just edit the Content areas.
- Keep in mind that this layout is linkware, so the credits must remain where they are for all your pages that use this layout.
